Norma Kober, President
Born in Western Kansas, Norma Kober has always had a vision for entrepreunerial opportunities within the Midwest Region of the United States. Over the past decade, she has taken on carbon conscious farming techniques and looks to continue to invest into innovative clean projects.

John Kober, CFO (CPA)
John Kober has extensive experience working with family businesses across the country. He has combined his interest in farming and agricultural commodity markets with the desire to be a leader in the community he grew up in.
John has created one of the first net zero carbon farms in Kansas. He combines his knowledge of clean energy with his legal background, to provide leadership to Midwest farmers.

Colin Kober, Controller (CPA)
After graduating from Baylor University, Colin joined the team to help compare cropland valuations accross the geographical segments. He oversees compiling data across multiple business segments to help provide reviews and reports necessary for farm consulting services. Colin has been tasked with conducting accounting functions and streamlining record keeping to allow for more efficient management.

Our Vision
We see Kober Farms as an innovator in farming practices. We are striving towards all our farms (including acquisitions) will soon be all negative carbon contributors.
We work with farmers to consult on how to be the most efficient with their resources.
Our Purpose
Our purpose is to combine the rich heritage of farming with the power of technological innovation to produce high quality crops. We work to improve soil on all our farms at the same time as reducing and capturing carbon emissions.
